Flags and Other Markings

Please Do Not Remove any of the Markings - Flags, Ribbons, or other Markings.    TCEQ is requiring all meters to be dug up to be checked for Lead fittings.  We have recently marked all the meters. Next we will have a crew digging up the meters. This project is due in October 2024.  If you have any questions please call the Ross WSC Office at  254-829-1289.  Thanks.
